    In 2014 I transitioned from the world of Property Management to Residential Real Estate. The 5 years of experience I had in managing multifamily housing buildings helped me start with a strong base in assisting renters. Never giving up on where I learned how to help the public with housing, I am proud to have had a number of my renters turn into buyers, and then landlords, and even sellers. I am a life-cycle of home ownership expert who is there to help with everything based on strong relationships and a strong work ethic. While some agents advertise their specialties in one part of the process, I pride myself on helping my clients in every part of the process. 

    I began coordinating renovations for my clients in 2017, and added in formal property management in 2018. Combined with these different lines of business I have consistently been in my office top 5 performers, being ranked #3 in 2018 with a sales volume of 9.6mm. Currently I am licensed in Virginia, Washington D.C, and New Jersey. I always joke that if I can drive it in 3 hours then I can help, and sometimes it can take 3 hours for me to go from my home in Alexandria to Manassas, so New Jersey isn't that much of a stretch. 

    I was born and raised in New Jersey, and spent 6 months in Branson Missouri during high school. In 2003 I came to Washington D.C. to attend school at American University, which I completed in 2006 with a degree in Change Innovation under the Kogod School of Business. I honed my customer service skills in various retail environments before falling into property management by luck when I needed a new apartment and the complex needed a new leasing associate. More than 10 years since I first took that job, I now find myself helping buyers, sellers, and renters, to the tune of nearly 10mm in sales and 50 plus rental transactions per year, with more than 20 properties under direct management.
